DVTel, an integrated IP security solutions for surveillance and monitoring company, has appointed Ian Chambers as vice president of business development.

Chambers has nearly three decades of experience in the electronic security marketplace, with emphases in CCTV. Most recently, Chambers was vice president of corporate business development for Intervid Inc., where he helped launch the company into the U.S. market. He has worked for Sensormatic, Ultrak and Vicon.
