DVTel Inc., an IP security solutions company, this week announced it has partnered with Axis Communications to offer complete integration between the DVTel Latitude Network Video Management System (NVMS) and Axis’ network cameras and video servers.

“Our new relationship with DVTel is perfectly in line with our strategy to create alliances with companies that have a strong presence in the enterprise market,” says Fredrik Nilsson, general manager for Axis Communications. “According to J.P. Freeman, by 2008 more than 50 percent of all surveillance cameras will be network cameras. DVTel is one of the few companies with a primary focus on IP solutions.”
