Bosch Security Systems has added four detectors to its F220 Series. The first is the F220-PTHC photoelectric smoke detector, which uses heat and carbon monoxide elements to eliminate unwanted alarms. The F220-135, F220-135F, and F220-190F round out the series.

The F220 Series also has received a California State Fire Marshal listing, which allows the detectors to be used for primary fire alarm signaling in California.

The new detectors have patent-pending chamber cleaning; automatic compensation for chamber contamination; CleanMe sensitivity; and more.
